Subscription Agreement

This is the agreement between the company and the purchaser of the securities or the investor. The company will enter into a separate subscription agreement for each investor. This document is to be used for transactions either: 1) using Regulation D and selling only to accredited investors (individuals that make less than $200,000 annually or have a net worth of less than a $1,000,000), or 2) when selling securities to people whom the principals of the company know (The investors do not have to be accredited).
