Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement - Employment Agreement

This is a confidential information and invention assignment agreement that requires the employee to assign all their work product and inventions produced in the course of their employment over to the company, and to keep confidential sensitive information of the company that they learn during or due to their employment. This version of the agreement is meant to be used as an exhibit to and part of the employment agreement.
