Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement

This is a confidential information and invention assignment agreement that requires the consultant to assign all their work product and inventions produced in the course of their engagment over to the company, and to keep confidential sensitive information of the company that they learn during or due to their engagement. This agreement is meant to be used as an exhibit to and part of the consulting agreement.
