Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement - Offer Letter

This is a confidential information and invention assignment agreement that requires the employee to assign all their work product and inventions produced in the course of their employment over to the company, and to keep confidential sensitive information of the company that they learn during or due to their employment. This version of the agreement is meant to be used with an offer letter.
