Unanimous Written Consent of the Board

This consent allows the board to approve corporate actions in lieu of holding a board meeting. You will need to enter the actions that the company is going take that the board needs to approve into the questionnaire. All of the directors of the company must sign this consent for it to be valid. This is only for corporations and not for LLCs.
