Voting Agreements

This is an agreement whereby members of the company transfer their vote to a voting trustee to vote the shares on their behalf. This helps to make the voting on company affairs more efficient, especially in companies with many members, or where certain members do not have an active interest in voting on company matters - particularly in the case of early investors in a startup company.
