Employment Agreement (W-2 Employee - not an independent contractor)

This is an employment agreement meant to be used when the company intends to specify certain terms of the employment relationship, such incentive compensation (e.g. bonuses and equity), that go beyond what is typically covered in an offer letter. This version is meant to be used together with both: 1) Employee Offer Letter, and 2) Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement.
