This certificate effectuates the conversion of an LLC formed anywhere in the US to a Delaware C-Corporation. It must be filed with the Delaware Secretary of State.

This certificate effectuates the conversion of a Corporation formed anywhere in the US (other than Delaware) to a Delaware C-Corporation. It must be filed with the Delaware Secretary of State.
